Ordered 5 beer kits well over 3 weeks ago. Never arrived. Tracking said the packaging was broken. That was the last I heard. I've had 5 automated acknowledgements of my repeated complaint, you can't get through on the phone, and nobody does anything about it. They've had my £93 PayPal payment over this period, and I have absolutely nothing. Not even a phonecall. It's theft. Absolute rubbish service. Never again. When will it end? I have no idea.

I paid for next day delivery on a Saturday evening, expecting it to come Monday, ready to wallpaper on my two days off (Monday and Tuesday) but it was delivered on the Wednesday.. Would have been quicker to have got a taxi to the shop and cost the same as paying for next day delivery.

Delivery was two days late despite paying for next day service..delivery company totally failed delivery Instructions..if the products were not needed urgent ly I would have returned them for full refund. Product quality is not under discussion but very poor quality of service is not acceptable

Products fine. Delivery very prompt. Disappointed that you can no longer click and collect products. Charge for delivery is expensive on small items. Pushes you to have items delivered as you can not even ring stores to check if they have an item in stock and cannot ask stores to reserve an item.

The box was open the courier showed me and there wasno2 bags of compost at £2'50 per bag

I came in with my mobility Scooter ( I'm leg amputee) to the Waterlooville branch rather than order online, thus avoiding incurring £5 delivery charge. I only wanted 3 clear 20 litre storage boxes shown online as being £4 each or 3 for £10.I explained to the checkout girl they were 3 for £10. She was adamant that was only if they are packed together. I said, I didn't see what the differemce would be, as all they had to do was order a 3 pack and split them to be sold separately to replace the 3 I was buying. I also said I had looked for a 3 pack but there were none. I explained I had previously ordered the same size delivered with compost. "No" she said, "they cannot be the same. Different shape". I insisted they were the same, but to save further annoyance, I paid the £12 instead of £10.I know it was only £2, but it is the principle that the girl didn't realise Wilko is not going to have different shapes for 20 litre storage boxes. They are made to stack together for easy transportation and saving stockage space.I know that if I was a manager, and someone had said they had looked for a 3 pack, but could only find singles, I would have said fine, agreed the sale, and made a note to open a 3 pack on new delivery to sell as singles to replace the 3 sold.Bizarre isn't how common sense doesn't prevail.......NOTE to Wilco marketing manager... please don't advertise buy 3 at reduced rate, if your cashiers won't accept what you advertise. Also please explain to staff that storage boxes of the same capacity are not different shapes, as they are made to stack easily. Disappointed, but it won't stop me using Wilko at this branch.

Very bad packaging. The box was collapsing when delivered and just retained the contents.

Poor review given as adter ordering through laybuy which i have many times before wilkos independent supplier has yet to deliver wallpaper i ordered on the 26th march or even inform/update as to what has and or is happening with it....I have never had a problem with any orders before this one but this time around has left me pretty disappointed in the service given.

I have written several reviews in the past, praising both choice and efficiency of the service but always criticising the packaging. My orders, usually large, arrive in several insubstantial boxes which are inevitably squashed, broken or damaged. The delivery drivers struggle to carry heavy boxes that are made up of thin cardboard. However nothing changes. The boxes are still flimsy, they invariably arrive damaged - so what is the point of receiving reviews if valid points are then ignored or disregarded?

Paint arrived promptly but has leaked from split tub. Good strong wrapping prevented paint from spreading but leak made a quantity of paint unusable.Emailed Wilko customer service to see about a refund but have received no answer after 3 weeks.

My last order arrived damaged as it wasn’t packaged properly. With paying £5 delivery I’d of expected a bit of bubble wrap or foam to protect items. So I’ve got to take the product back to store which defeats the object of home delivery

Not a lot of people know that WILKOS are getting very fast and reliable online. I couldn't believe how reliable they are and speedy even compared to the two other online apps. Fast. Cheap. Well packaged to the point of ,I've never had before. They need more items put online at the moment but its getting there. Vast improvement over the last covid year. 10 out of 10 for WILKOS.
